Managing agent using 3rd party companies

Hiya
I have been using a management/letting company for a few years now to assist me renting out my property.
They have recently started using other companies to do the inspections and the checking in/out. There seems to be no consistency as they keep using different companies so I am concerned that it is more likely something could be missed. I also had an issue at my last check out that the tenant insists the company told them the furniture did not have to be moved back to the correct rooms where in fact in it written into their contract that they do-my agents assure me that the tenant is lying about this but who knows!
Are managing/letting agents allowed to suddenly start doing this even though the contract you have is with them?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Presumably you have contracted with them to get the tasks done, rather than specifying it will be them that does the work.
If you dont like them any more the answer is straightforward....0 -
As above.
In this scenario unless your contract states otherwise the agent is free to sub contract the actual physical work.0 -
Yeah, thanks both. I just think I'm annoyed about the fact it worked so much better when the same person was doing it all but you are right, if I dislike it that much then I can find someone else to do it.0
