Hi folks I had around £10.000 pounds in loans from the co-operative bank from 1990-2000 , all with ppi , I was told to take it out if I lost my job etc, I have no lettes of proof , But I still have the same account number , when I phoned them they said they only go back 10 years? Is this true ? I have posted a claim form to them today but am I wasting my time trying to claim back so far .? Thank you in advance for any advice

If they have no records and you have no records, it's over.
You could have sent a SAr and £10 to se if they had anything left, but wait until they reply now.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
