I'm not sure why you need to know the EXACT date. Whether its the 21st April or the 1st May I would make sure that £500 is deposited sometime between the 5th and 15th of the month on a date that suits me. Plenty of scope to satisfy the requirement.


When you see your first interest payment and fee you'll have a pretty good indication of the date your account ticks over from one period to the next.

Never spoken to Santander for any reason,
all 5 accounts work fine online.

I look after my accounts and as you have been on this site for the last 4 odd years.
I thought you would know better
