How do i find the address of my leasholder?

Hi all :-0)

another one for you..i have the name of the person who owns the leashold of my proiperty, but can't seem to find their address..it didn't come on my deeds (but the name did), and i can't find it..? *tears hair out*

    If you mean that you hold a tenancy, you could try downloading the freehold deeds from the land reg website.

    If you mean that you own a flat, the managing agents should be able to provide the address of the freeholder.

    If you own the flat then you are the leaseholder & the person who grants the lease & to whom you would pay ground rent is the freeholder.

    As silvercar mentions if you have managing agents they should be able to provide the address of the freeholder or pass on any correspondence to him/her on your behalf.
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

    thanks for that. No, i own a house and pay a nominal amount in ground rent, onoly i don't pay as it is paid up which doesn't help..back to the draweing board
