I am glad to hear I am not the only person with a bit of a thing for curried spinach.:D
We've decided that we need to ditch the current gas/electric tariff so I've just applied for Tesc0 CC (first 21 months 0% for purchases) & was accepted. We will find a new tariff and use the CC to pay off the shortfall on this one as it is uneconomic. We can then pay off the shortfall at our own pace. I will get clubcard points on the card and went through TCB so should get £31 cashback too. We could have paid the shortfall out of savings but I would prefer to cover it this way as the savings are earning interest (my first mini stooze :T). I should get the card in the next week and can look for a new tariff.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

It's pouring down here today so no gardening. I am taking the Gnomeboys to see Angry Birds in the cinema today, £17.20 for the 3 of us using Meerkat Movies. (Mr Gnome has a tendency to fall asleep during kids movies so he decided not to join us).
My TCB for the Mr T CC has tracked so that's £31 for the pots once it's payable.
Yesterday was another no pocket money spending day. The cinema tickets are coming out of the half term pot. I think there will be money left in the half term pot so that can be OP too.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

I am always shocked by the price of the cinema, so well done on your meerkat deal. I hope you smuggled your own popcorn and drinks in rather than paying the extortionate prices that they charge in the cinema  Last time we went a woman in the queue paid £19 for popcorn, drinks and pick and mix :eek:
Hope the boys enjoyed the film and let's hope the weather improves, it has been properly wet and cold today.1 -
I didn't smuggle in my own this time although I have done in the past. I haven't spent much of my half term pot as we were at home for the first few days and I am back in work tomorrow so I didn't mind splashing out. I think I will have about £20 left to pay to the various pots.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

Short week in work for me this week.
Bring food to work
Wednesday - Done
Thursday - Done
Friday - Done
I have spent £4.39 today on stuff for lunches etc so £4 a day pocket money fund currently stands at £25.31 due to several NSD in a row.
I am waiting for a few things before I can move forward
1.cinema food payments to show on account as I can't find the receipts - I will then allocate the surplus Half Term funds
2. Interest to be credited - logged on spreadsheet
3. Dividends to be paid and then allocated
4. New CC to arrive so I can move fuel supplier
5. Finally resolve the safe custody issue with my Bank on Fri - done. Their mistake not mine!MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

As June has now started I can move the next instalment of cash into my NW reg saver. £479 moved this morning (not quite the full £500 but I still haven't received the bills for the music lessons so I am holding some money back). Don't they know I have spreadsheets to sort out;)
I have about £29 of pocket money built up from my £4 a day allocation but I will need to buy a card and present for one of the Gnomeboy's friends as they have a party on Sat.
At the moment its just a case of keep plodding on.

Yesterday was a bit spendy as I sponsored someone and bought a present for one of the Gnomeboy's friends. I treated myself to a coffee and croissant this morning as I was early for my appointment with the bank. I now have about £5 of my pocket money surplus left and a birthday card and wrapping paper to buy. Roll on Saturday and another £4.
My appointment with the bank was successful. The safe custody item was the bank's papers not mine so they will be refunding the charges. :j
