PIP is paid to help with your extra living expenses due to have a disability.
A DMP will look at your income and your expenditure to work out what you can afford to repay, so yes it will be included, but then more than likely offset as I imagine you will have related expenses.
You'll come off no differently to someone not receiving PIP, in real terms.0
