I got an email on the 21st August from Echo falls saying that I'd won a spa break (hurrah!) and sanctuary vouchers. I emailed back my address as requested and said that I hoped it didn't sound cheeky but were they going to send it recorded because of it being so valuable and the post office being sucky. No reply and no prize arrived. Last week I emailed again saying I hadn't heard anything and was everything OK? I've had no reply.
Any ideas what I should do next? I'm so scared that I won't get my prize! :eek: How do these things usually work?

I would wait another week or so, often companies say to allow 28 days. If you dont hear anything by the time 28 days is up find a number and give them a callWeight Loss - 102lb0

I won a spa break, and it was sent as red letter vouchers. If I remember rightly it took 2 or 3 weeks after the original email, then they boobed and only sent a voucher for one person, not the two it should have been. My first emails were ignored, so I found a phone number and contact name at the PR agency and got there in the end.
Probably took over a month though, so as hjb123 says, I'd give it a bit longer before doing anything else.
