Barclaycard. 1 online account, 4 cards, 1 card crashes system.

hi,
I login to my Barclaycard account with one set of login details after various cards were merged to a single login some time ago.
this week I see my old MC has been changed online to a VISA card, this works fine and balance is correct - I have not received a new physical card yet.
however, although all 4 cards are showing on the summary page and all are correct balance wise when I click on one of the cards to look more closely at the account I get logged out with a message saying something like "we have been unable to process this request, for your own safety we have logged you out.".
the other 3 accounts can be clicked and serviced correctly. the card that causes the logout is the newest one but is still a year old.
I cant even send a secure message from that specific account as I get the logout when I try.
has anyone had this issue recently? has it rectified itself after a certain time span?
I am setup with DD's but will have to call BC if it doesn't rectify.

Just ring them. It will be sorted out quicker than on here. Most probably faster than the time it took you to type out this query.
Ever thought the reason you are locked out of it is that someone has tried to gain access to that account and Barclaycard has locked any online access.

of course this is what I should have done/do.
with the recent problems after issuing new cards to replace the MC's I just wanted to see if any other users had had the same issue, obviously not.

quick update:
it was some issue with 2 sets of logins clashing. my accounts were merged about a year ago and had worked fine so some behind the scenes tech issue.0
