Back Pocket Syndrome

This is for men who have back pain and maybe sciatica. Doctors can now tell that the cause may be the wallet in your back pocket causing pressure on the back. You could be losing money by being off work, so think before you place your wallet and put it in a front or jacket pocket .:hello:

I don't get it.
Is this supposed to be a joke or just stupid ?0 -
Its real and well known fact even predates the internet .
Back pocket wallet often sits on the path of the Sciatic nerve .
Even more painful for those that keep a monkey in the wallet .0 -
I do move my wallet from my back pocket if I'm driving for any length of time.
Not only does it prevent numb-bum, it can help avoid cramp in my leg/pain in my knee, so there could well be something in it as at least part of the trigger for sciatica - Although I'd guess seat position/support/posture may also play a part.
Either way, if it helps you, do-it!
One thing baffles me though - Nobody as far as I'm aware actually sells Sciatica, at least in the UK - and I cannot for the life of me imagine any person in their right mind actually wanting to pay for such a painful condition, so why post in the largely consumer-related PVW..? Surely the Health Forum is a much more appropriate place!0 -
This poster does this sort of thing in random sections of the forum which have nothing to do with what they are posting. Oh and they never ever come back and reply to the thread.
Its all very boring0 -
