Extra Energy- Legal Advice Needed

Since moving into our new home last April (2015) we haven't had a bill come through. When we first moved in we rang them and provided them with the details and readings they asked for and it was left that they would ring us back. A month later we had heard nothing so we rang back to be told they had no record of our call, so we had to start the process over.
Finally in September we were told that we now had an account and we were told they were setting us up on a fixed rate, plus back dating payment that we owed since April. Come January we then had a bill which was on a variable rate which is not what we asked for. We rang to complain as it should of been on fixed rate. Since then they have refunded us the money and we are still waiting for a bill back dating to April. Our compliant is still in the system but we have heard nothing, we have had our annual statements which are wrong and they have cancelled, plus we were told a bill of £10,000 was on its way, which they have also agreed to cancel.
Would really appreciate advice on what we can do and where we stand. Our account clearly shows all the calls we have made to them, it is becoming very frustrating!!
Thank you
Hannah

If you want legal advice, go and see a solicitor!
Don't be surprised if they charge you £100 simply to tell you to first try following the suppliers own complaint procedure.0
