Hi
My daughter applied for student finance a few weeks ago, at present she lives at home with mum and dad.
What I wish to know is that if one parent sends a form in that could be flagged as fraudulent (not in the manner that will increase the loan or anything like that) would this affect her loan application?
Thanks

If it smells of fraud then they probably will dig deeper on it with every right until they feel satisfied that nothing untoward is going on.0

Yes.
Fraud by false representation is a criminal offence. It's all easy enough to detect, and could ruin any future chances.
But if you have to ask, chances are you already know.0
