Land lord insurance

Hi everyone
Quick question - does any one have any recommendations for a good Land Lord Insurance provider? I have heard Direct Line are pretty good?
Also, (this may be a 'how long is a piece of string question') how much should I be looking to pay?
It's a 3-bed unfurnished mid-terrace in Liverpool.
Thanks for any help

The main landlord associations have recommended brokers, usually with discounts.
Or try...

Thank you. I'll give it a look.
Added question - if I have a landlord insurance that covers the re-build of the property I take it I don't then need a separate buildings insurance policy?
Thanks0 -
I used Towergate last time and they were ok (probably because I didn't have to make a claim). If you go with Direct Line go to the link below and you'll get £80.80 cashback!

I used Direct Line and Alan Boswell. Never had to claim off them (though in other matters I've found DL good when claiming)0

AIUI Direct Line sends Harvey Keitel over to sort out any claims, which sounds pretty good to me.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
