Looking through the terms, I believe you must make a contactless payment for each daily entry. You will be required to provide proof of the payment should you be selected as a potential winner. How they will police this, I don't know, but be aware.

Sorry if I missed something

..but you can only enter daily if you have made a contactless purchase that day? Not just one purchase that enables you to enter every day during the period the competition is open?

I don't think the contactless purchase has to be the same day as you enter.
As long as your number of contactless purchases is bigger than the number of times (ie days) you've entered, you should be OK. (But as gavrc points out, not clear how they would expect you to prove this - bank/credit card statements may help).

Proof of Purchase’: The Promoter will only accept proof of purchase for a Contactless Payment made from the start date of the Promotional Period up to (and including) the date of entry as valid. Photos of paper receipts or a photo of the relevant section of a bank statement showing a Contactless Payment are acceptable as Proof of Purchase.

That is how they expect you to prove it.
