Situated on the edge of the mellow village of Brockenhurst in the heart of the New Forest, Careys Manor is a stylish and welcoming 4-star country manor and spa hotel. Guests can choose between the three excellent restaurants: an authentic taste of Thailand at the Zen Garden Restaurant, regional French cuisine at Le Blaireau, a French bar and bistro, or the flavours of the New Forest at the fabulous new 3 AA Rosette-winning restaurant, Cambium.
