This is on behalf of a family member who told me about this today.
If an agreement has been made with a lender and that agreement is been met (agreed payments paid), is it ok for the lender to put on the credit file payment is less then minimum required?
I suspect no but am not 100% sure.
advice would be grateful for, thanks.

Sorry but the answer is yes. You have entered into an arrangement to pay. This will be reported on your credit file and may adversely affect your overall credit rating.0
