if I have 200k euros in a Barclays euro acc, how much I will pay to transfer them to another euro account?

I don't think this makes any difference unless outside EU.
For UK and EU it's £15 (SEPA - the cheapest). Rest of the world - £25.

Foreign Currency Account rates and charges.

I think some banks can charge for incoming transfers.

Is there a euro account that pays actually some interest? I can't find any! It could be anywhere in Europe, but I must not have to be resident or visit the country etc

In Euro's to another UK based Euro account I would assume the same applies.

Surely it is - unless it is something more expensive.
Regardless, unlike FP, it's not free as you could have easily checked.
