I had 500 minutes 15 days before and used some of them now it shows 0 minutes balance and they already used shock proof that took £5 which is really a another shock.
What is going on here, are they big scammers. For the last three months since I joined always they take more than they suppose to take even not sure where is the international number comes from my bill.
Does anyone have experience with them.
Thanks

My wife was with them with no issues whatsoever. Maybe there is an issue with your account ? You don't say if you've actually asked /spoken to them before you ranted on here - why not try that before you come on and libel them ?0 -
That's just truthman's style0

Have you checked if there is a dialer or spyware on the mobile?0

Idmobile have an awful reputation. They regularly get a shoeing on twitter and hotukdeals.0

I spoke to them three time and was told they would investigate and response back in 24 hours now nearly a week, no message from them. After eaten my 500 minutes they took shock proof luckily £5 only manage to take.
Customer service is really worst and they cut me off two times.0 -

How come you have such bad luck with so many companies? You've started 142 threads since joining this site and the vast majority seem to be in this part of the forum?0 -
And they've all been described as scams!0
