New House Purchase Issue with Help to Buy ISA

Hi,
Our Conveyancer has today told us that he is no longer willing to deal with our property purchase due to us using a Help to Buy ISA as part of the deposit as it is "too much paper work" unless we can pay the deposit with without it. They were aware of us having a Help to Buy ISA from the point of us instructing them to act for us by letter (Which they have stated have lost) and by numerous phone conversations we have had for updates. We are now at the stage of paying the deposit and finalising the Contract with them. Is there anything we can do with this issue without trying to find another conveyancer as it is at the final stages of the purchase?
Thank you,
Daryl

Yikes, sorry I can't offer any advice but that sounds horribly unprofessional!! What are the complaints procedures? They should have been clearly outlined in your contract.Savings target: £25000/£25000
