Where to get a DRO?

I'm helping a friend, we have looked at the different debt solutions and she seems to fit a DRO best:
Rents flat on her own,
on universal credit
debt of less than £10k
no assets at all.
From your guys experiance, which company is best to get in touch with next that can help her double check that is right and also put it through for her or help her with the forms?
She suffers from anxiety so needs a company that will be patient with her.

CAB have more intermediaries and do more DROs than anyone else. If she needs face-to face help, then they're your best bet but you will have to check where your nearest office with an intermediary is.
