Sky offered my a deal then changed it

I've been with Sky for years and i've been happy with the customer support and service. I recently noticed i'd been added to the Sky Talk Evenings and Weekends Extra (I got an email saying so from them yesterday) and my bill would increase to over £53 per month - It was normally around £45 per month.
I wasn't happy with this so I phoned them. A very polite and helpful lady finally got my bill down to £37 by removing Sky Talk Evening and Weekend extra (I have no phone connected to the phone line, and if we could we wouldn't have a phone line), and giving me offers on my Fibre Pro and TV package (I was put hold for a while whilst she double checked with whoever she had to deal with). She said this would mean a new 12 month contract but it would be £37 per month. I shortly received emails from Sky confirming changes to my account. The lady then said she was having issues with her computer putting things through so she said she would call me back.
A short time later she called me back explaining that as I was on Sky Fibre Pro and not normal Sky Fibre as she thought, she couldn't get the deal to be £37 but nearer £47. The initial phone call I had we did both clearly discuss my current Sky Fibre Pro (I have a dedicated IP with them) and how we are happy with the speeds and we've not had any issues with it.
She has promised to call me back tomorrow just to go through the payments, etc. once the computers are working again.
I like Sky, and this lady was very helpful. I don't really want to change providers or complain, but I could get faster internet and more TV channels with another provider for £35 a month...
Is there anything I can do here as we did both agree £37 a month for what we have?
EDIT - Could a mod change the title to 'Sky offered me a deal then changed it'
