Fast Track Reclaim is saying I need to pay them £305.40

Dear all,
Can someone help me and advise me on this please.
I received a letter from Fast Track Reclaim a company that try to reclaim PPI and Packaged Bank Account re my Packaged Bank Account please see letter below can they take me to court? I did received a letter from my Bank but I can’t find the letter however, on that latter the Bank said I do not qualify for any claim because I did used some of their Packaged Bank Account benefits i.e. mobile insurance. Now Fast Track Reclaim is saying I need to pay them £305.40. please plase help me!

What was the contract your signed with Fast Track? Why do they say you owe them money?0

Why are they saying you owe money?
You should only pay what your contract says you should pay. If it was no win, no fee, then it should be nothing. If you lied on your complaint, they may have a clause for admin costs but thats about it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
