Thanks, I am under 35. Are Shelter the best people to contact regarding accommodation? I may have to contact them to find out some info.
In my area there are organisations/charities who are set up to help single youngish people to find accommodation. May be worth contacting your local advice centre to see if they have any information on anything similar where you live/are looking0 -

I don't see why you'd need to contact Shelter or anyone else. If you can borrow the deposit and first month's rent you just need to answer adverts and/or register with agencies until you find something suitable that accepts benefits.0
