It will be interesting to see if WH now want to test their appeals with a nice trip to the courts ?
Ralph:cool:
What a delightful thought .. even WH would not be that stupid, maybe they are ?
The test will be that if they allow certain appeals, and then act for non stayed cases with their threat-o-grams regarding similar or identical cases.
WH must keep their wits about them as they are now being watched every step of the way, sooner or later they will trip up.0 -

Where is all of this going? Let us wait until we have some decisions on paper.
If they omit points such as contract, signage, grace periods, misinterpret the SC Ruling, if they misapply Elliot v Loake, then we can consign their decisions to the same skip we reserve for IAS decisions.
We do not have to accept their decisions, the only ones which matter are those handed down by a judge, and a judge would not take kindly to the sort of nonsense the IAS comes up with. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
The face of doom.

That photo was taken some time agoPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
