Hi
Can some one point me in the right direction? I owned the following:
5.5 per cent (net) Redeemable Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock. Amount of Stock £600.
P&O Deferred Stock Represented by Units of £1 each, holding 200 pounds of Deferred Stock,
DP World acquired P&O but has never paid me for my shareholding. I have emailed them twice but have not received any reply.
What action can I take? Any help would be appreciated.
Dave

As far as I can see from a quick google search, the offer was accepted around October 2005.
Did you get share certs or buy through a nominee (online stockbroker etc)? If you had the certs, it's likely the registrar would have sent you a cheque for the proceeds. If it was through a nominee, your account would have been credited with the cash.0 -
I had bought the shares and have the certs. I have moved and any correspondence would have gone to the old address so it is possible the cheque also went there. I don't remember getting any cheque from DP World. I need to check what happened to my money. But who do I contact? Any help is appreciated.0
