So I set this in Motion 4 weeks ago and yesterday £945 "Compensation" and 300 interest was paid into my account. I am awaiting the letter to show what was repaid. But my own calculations on it match up with what I asked for. Which was all packaged account fees between August 2004 and Novemeber 2012.

I used the resolver tool to send an email to the bank. I was upgraded to the Royalties account from an R21 account in 2004, and was never told there was a choice.

As part of my Claim, I asked for all charges up until November 2012 to be refunded, as I registered for the Mobile phone insurance in that month, and have already made a claim, I have also used the Ticketmaster 25% discount since then, so I am now clearly making use of the account benefits.
