Bank of Scotland Classic Account signup error

Hiya,

I've got an error the last 3 days I've tried to signup for a Bank Of Scotland Classic account. I fill out the first page, then I get "Unfortunately there has been a technical problem. This transaction has not been completed."

It's not got to any kind of credit check yet, keeps falling at the first hurdle.

Anyone else getting this?

Some report that they can open the first classic one successfully online but then have to ring to open any further ones.

I was opening an account for my wife last night and got the same issue 3 times. (using the Firefox browser). I then tried using Internet Explorer and it worked perfectly.
