IVA Satisfied - One Creditor Still Updating Credit File

My husband settled his IVA with a lump sum payment 2 years ago (it was originally taken out in 2012) and we have just received the certificate to prove that the matter is now settled in full as of Feb 2016 - there was a delay in wrapping things up due to a PPI claim they were attempting to make even though he never had any they still dragged their feet??
I have looked through reports from all 3 reference agencies; Equifax, Experian and Callcredit and whilst most of his creditors stopped updating his file from when he first went into the IVA in 2012, Halifax have continued to list the defaults throughout and even updated this month when it was it was settle in February.
I understand that he/i need to write to the Data Controller at Halifax to request that details are changed by them with the credit reference agencies but i can't seem to find an address for this department and i fear if i send it to a customer service address it won't be addressed correctly - does anyone have any advice or an address?

If you have to send to the general address, do it recorded and mark FAO the attention of the data controller.
Make sure the complaint states that unless corrected (marked as satisfied here) then you will be taking the complaint to both the FOS and ICO.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
