NRAM updated credit file incorrectly.

Options
Hope the following makes sense.

Made redundant Feb 2010 and ended up going bankrupt (both myself and wife) September 2010...discharged 2011.

Due to illness couldn't work from 2010 to 2013,DWP stepped in and paid intrest on Mortgage each month, from early 2011.

Nram (Northern Rock) have incorrectly updated my credit file to show missed payments from November 2012 through until December 2013.

Ive spoken to NRAM and every single "Misssed payment" was in fact paid...some over paid.

The person I spoke to was very flippant and advised as its historic I wouldn't effect my abilty to obtain credit and its not a big deal.

Ive asked for the matter to be corrected with all the credit agencies and a notice of correction to be added to explain.

Is there anything else I can or should be doing.

    Try for compensation from NRAM.

Yeah i guess its only fair as they have i expect damaged my already iffy credit file.

Updating with multiple missed payments instead of full payments cant be good....just wondering how much effect it would have had.:(
