Plumbing notches in floor joists.

Morning I bought my house ten years ago and never had any issues. Last week I had a leak in my bathroom and pulled up my floorboards to fix it. I'm not really. It was just my plumber seemed to think it was dangerous and I should get a builder to have a look at it.

I often get excellent advice on this site so I thought I would ask people who may know better than me!

I'm going to get a joiner round to have a look at it and see what he thinks.
