Help

Help tax credits suspended my account saying my partners address was different than mine even though I told them 1 and a half years ago we had both moved together i cqlled them up and they sorted it out there and then but now im owed last months and this months they said it would be 24hrs b4 it goes into my account but it still hasnt has anyone else had this problem help x

    Yes many people have had this problem. It could be that another area of HMRC haven't been updated with his correct address.

    If they have now resolved the issue, payments will be calculated again and reissued.
