Where is the best place to sell a car at a reasonable price generally speaking?

The fastest and easiest way to sell a car is to use service such as We Buy Any Car. The way to most likely get the most money would be to sell the car yourself but it could take a while.0

I sold two cars on ebay, both for a better price than webuyanycar..... Just give a good accurate description (warts and all) with photos and a low starting bid (I used £1) to generate maximum interest0 -
Autotrader is only a few £ or theres gumtree.0

Ebay. Never had an issue except a buyer not leaving feedback for almost 3 months then stating the car was good and practically begging me to leave feedback for them.
I didnt.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Try a notice in the car (if your Council allows it) and Gumtree first. The man without a signature.0

30 day classified advert on the ebay - £14.99 - price it cheaper than similar cars, good photos, give good and relevant information and it will sell.
Not sure about the reasonable price.....reasonable for the buyer or seller? The higher the price the longer it will take to sell.0 -

I didnt.
Why didn't you leave the buyer good feedback right after they bought your car? They fulfilled their part of the deal. It should not be a case of 'I'll only give you good feedback if you give me good feedback'.0 -
I sold my partners old reliable Corsa the old fashioned way by a simple card in my local Tescos customers ads..It was a banger but I got my estimate of £375 for a P reg. Trying that on Ebay it may have gone for £37.50 minus 10% plus paypal rip off fees. I can t believe that here we are in the 21 st century and idiots actually go and bid and buy without actually seeing and hearing and driving any car. That is not how the world works with cars.0

Because it was not my car, i only listed it for a mate. I have no idea what they paid for it, whether it was the current bid price or less.
Thought nothing of it until several months later when they left feedack saying the car was good. Were they waiting for it to breakdown and then leave me negative feedback? It was a £600 shed.
So no they didnt fulfil their part, they didnt complete through ebay and back then i could have left them negative feedback also.
I just thought that could have got me a neg and never listed for other people since.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
You can sell it fast, or you can sell it for a good price. Pick one.0
