These are the official rules ("Official Rules") of the Draw to Win a £500 Voucher to spend with Hawes & Curtis, and may be amended or updated by Hawes & Curtis at any time.
Who is this Draw open to?
This Draw (or “Raffle” or “Competition”) is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Hawes & Curtis, Ghost, Low Profile Fashions and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
No Purchase is Required to Enter or Win the Draw
No purchase is required to enter the draw. By entering the draw, individual contestants ("Entrants") accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules which may be varied by Hawes & Curtis from time to time.
How do I enter?
The contest will begin on Friday 15 April 2016 at 9:00am GMT and will continue until Friday 22 April 2016 when all the entries must be received by 16.00 GMT. This is an online-only competition, therefore entrants can only enter their details for this raffle electronically, as per the instructions below.!
Entry to the raffle will be submitted via the link emailed to the customers who have agreed to be contacted by Hawes & Curtis or via any official social media platforms.
Customers will receive an email or come across a social media post prompting them to participate in the competition
Users will be directed to a form (“Entry Form”) where they will need to fill out their personal information. Only valid entries with full valid details will be considered
Users will then click “Submit” to submit their details to the raffle
Users who do not have a Hawes & Curtis account will be prompted to create one
Only one entry per user will be accepted at this draw.
What can I win?
One lucky winner will win a voucher worth £500 to spend with Hawes & Curtis (“Prize”). The winner will be selected via an independent online randomiser engine.
The prize can be redeemed against any purchases made with Hawes & Curtis, either online or instore. The amount of the voucher needs to be redeemed in one single transaction. No change will be given and the remaining value of the voucher (if any) will be lost. The voucher cannot be redeemed against shipping costs.
The winner will be notified by email and their voucher will be sent to the email address provided on their entry form within 1 week of the closing date/time of the competition. Entrants that do not receive such communication within a week of the closing date/time must assume that they have not won.
If the winner fails in any way to abide by the Official Rules of this competition will be assumed that they forfeit the prize, and Hawes & Curtis reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining eligible entries. If this is the case, the alternative winner will be contacted via email and receive their prize after the above mentioned lead time of 1 week.
There will be no runner up prizes. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made except by Hawes & Curtis.
