Hi, My girlfriend and I are in the process of buying a 2 bed Victorian house (in good condition) in Iver (just outside the M25). Like others have said manage it yourself, prep as much as you can, get it plastered. once its dried, do the miscoats yourself, then get a decorator in to paint. Just re-read your first post and its massively overpriced, I'm on Herts/Essex borders so expect to pay the same
