How much state pension do you get if youve paid no ni contributions? My mrs hasnt paid any for years,but some people i know get pension despite not having worked for 20 years before retiring? How does that work?

So if the oldest child is now 18, there could be HRP from ~1998 to 2010, and maybe additional credits after that, if the youngest was still under 12 in 2010?
