Underfloor heating help

We need to get our conservatory and kitchen heated in the winter. The rads in the conservatory aren't up to the job and no heating in the kitchen - rooms are linked. We are thinking of electric underfloor with eco-screed floor screed but have been told to keep our rads.
As the cost and inconvenience of taking up the floors and installing the heating and reglazing the conservatory with thermal glass is not cheap I would welcome opinions from anyone who has done this.
Alternative is to reglaze conservatory, increase size of rads and not replace the floor screed and heating which will save around £5k!
Thanks in advance.
