Vax great service

I have had my Vax steam cleaner for 18 months now - it's an excellent piece of kit and has been well used. I bought it from Amazon when it was on offer for £25. It started losing steam power a couple of weeks ago - on calling vax today they said will send me out a new replacement machine.
very impressive service - I thought I would have to pack it up and send it for repair.
