Think I am being taken for a mug

I booked a Brussels airlines flight a couple of weeks ago with Dream World Travel and paid in full for my booking. I received a confirmation invoice via email
I replied asking how I ordered a veggie meal etc and got no reply so after a couple of days I called and was told they would order my meal etc no problem and I confirmed my luggage allowances. I was told I could do the other stuff online once I got my eticket
To cut a long story short I got no ticket and contacted them by phone. I was told there was a problem..the airline would not release my ticket as it had no luggage allowances. I had to pay another £45 for luggage !! I told them my luggage was included ...2 x 23 kg hold and 1 x 12kg hand luggage. In the end it was pay £20 to get ticket with luggage allowance or they would issue ticket with no luggage and I could pay per kilo at the airport
I was very upset so paid the cash but my ticket when it arrived only said hand luggage. They said that was fine they would issue a new ticket with the proper details... I now have one that says I have 2 pieces of luggage when it should be 3.. gives no weights and now says no meals also
I cant log into the airline website with the PNR number or eticket number given. The telephone number for the airline is international and when I contacted them through FB they just said contact the travel company.
At my wits end with it all...really dont know what to do now as I have now found many bad reviews

It's no help to you now but there is no point at all booking a flight like this via an agent. Book direct.0

I know that now... but it was allegedly cheaper.. I have since found out that if you find the same flight cheaper elsewhere and screenshot they will honour that price and give you a discount on your next flight... I am just panicking in case I dont actually have a valid ticket and luggage, I have never been in this position before and Brussels airline only has an international phone number for their customer services...0

The reviews are very mixed, many have had your problem of the fare being lower than expected because they failed to include any luggage, other say they are buying the tickets overseas and cannot issue them themselves, which might be the case but then there are a number of unbelievable, well I don't believe them, 5 star reviews presumably written by the staff to counter the bad reviews
I assume you are travelling long haul as on European flights you have to buy your food on board so can choose what if anything you want to eat!0 -
yes I think the 5 star reviews are fake,,, I need to find out where to report their trading practices as they are atol and abta registered
I had been told verbally that my original price included luggage... it was only when I didnt get my ticket they told me otherwise. The really crap side of that is that they knew there was a problem and just didnt bother telling me
yes the flight is to africa...... and as I am travelling from scotland there is never an easy route...... no companies fly direct from here so flying via europe is actually much quicker....
My post has 2 purposes... to get me some advice on what to do now and to warn other folk about them0
