    I've also now been told that I'm on a reserve list. There's only 18 roles and it's an SEO job, so I doubt there's any chance of it coming up again - if they offered in 12 months I wouldn't be in the same position anyway. Really disappointed with this and the way it is handled. If I want feedback I still have to go out of my way and request it!

    Welcome to the reserve list club Tango! I found the whole process odd and I'm just about to put myself through it all again as I have an interview for the DWP next Sunday. I must be mad! I start work on Monday though, so hopefully the waiting game will be easier this time.
