EAD Sunscreen

I noticed this in Savers today and it seems a good price - SPF 30 - 50

Has anyone used it before, or got any details on its UVA rating as it just says 'EU compliant'

This is for myself when we're going away as my OH prefers mineral based screens.

I'd be concerned as to when it expires.

Thanks for your reply - just wondering what you mean by that, because if the brand or because its for sale in Savers?

SPF is only one measure of usefulness - ones which block UVA and UVB or have 'broad spectrum' protection help prevent cancers as well as tanning. Waterproof is also useful very useful - places with lots of sun are hot, hot means you sweat, sweat can wash away cheap sunscreen!!

If you look on internet, theres a story about a moron who applied SP15 EAD suncream and then allowed her 9 year old to run around/swim for half a day. He got burnt. blamed the suncream. I dont think any SP15 applied once would have done any better.
We normally buy ASDA Smart Price SP15. At £1 a bottle I would try it
