I've looked at fasterpayments.org website and it states the transaction limit for Halifax is £25,000. Does anyone know what their daily limit is?

Not necessarily, some banks allow multiple transactions at the transaction limit within a single day, I have used this myself with FD in the past, they have a £10K transaction limit but I transferred £60K in a single day. As it happens the link that KJSmith has provided shows that the Halifax transaction and daily limits are indeed the same at £25K.0 -

How so? I asked whether there was a daily limit, which could be quite different from a transaction limit.0 -
25K a day, is the faster payment limit.
You can use CHAPS for £25 fee if you need to send more then 25K and need it sent the same day.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards. Do old Web Saver accounts still have a £99,999 limit? In the unlikely event you've got one that might be the best way to get over £25k.0
