£400 just for one Will?! I did two today, tenants in common with a right to reside £400 plus vat for both.
Davidmcn is right, if you plan to leave your share of the house to your partner then a simple Will will be fine. There's no need to mention any property apart from your addressCurrently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

£400 for one Will does seem awfully expensive. We had a fairly complex one done recently due to our family situation and that was £270 for the two of us. See if you can get some other quotes before saying yes to this one.0
