Can anyone please tell me what I will be entitled to?.
I ave 2 amazing children and just today have been laid off my work after 1.5 years employment with them.
The difficulty is I own 2 properties, one of which I live in and the other rent out so Im not with approx 20k equity. Im not sure what I would be entitled to if anything as I understand it I newly unemployed are put on universal credit?
Thank you for your help at this worrying time.

You might have entitlement to Income Support if you are a lone parent and one of the children is under the age of 5 years. That is unlikely, not impossible, if you have 2 properties.0

You were letting out three properties for £1,800 a month. Have you disposed of some property?0

I'm afraid the £20,000 equity in your second property will make you ineligible for means-tested benefits, but you may be able to get JSA (contribution-based) if you've paid enough NI in the last 2 years.0
