What address to Use Lloyds Banking Group Halifax Credit Card Small Claims

For Money Claims Online what Address should I use for the Small Claims Court for Halifax Credit Card ?

The below address is not a physical address so does not work.

Assuming you have a claim against Halifax then it's Bank of Scotland plc. You can use their registered address (the Mound) or a local Halifax branch (assuming you are based in England / Wales)

Im pretty sure Halifax is part of the group since 08 hence the address at the mound

Lloyds and HBOS are run as two separate institutions although they are both part of the wider Lloyds Banking Group. The address at the Mound is for HBOS organisations such as BOS, Halifax, IF, etc., but not Lloyds (including C&G).

You miss the point.

Halifax is a trading name of the Bank of Scotland Plc, hence you use the address of their registered office at The Mound in Edinburgh, and not the address of some other company's registered office.

System

Lloyds Banking Group's registered address is also The Mound as it's a Scottish company.

Gresham St is the operational HQ and Lloyds Bank's registered address.
