Civil Enforcement LTD PCN

Hello

I have just been sent a civil enforcement PCN of which they are now demanding £140😩 This is now my third letter since December only this time they have stated bailiffs will attend my property if not paid in 14 days. Does anyone have any advice?

    load of rubbish

no bailiffs can attend without a CCJ court order for enforcement

no court case = no bailiffs

Please photo/scan the letter so we can see what they're threatening re bailiffs. Host it on Tinypic or Photobucket then copy the URL here, but change the http to hxxp. We'll convert it, as newbies can't post live links until they've got a few posts under their belt.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No they have not. Alleged debts cannot be referred to BAILIFFS in this country without you losing a court case first!

They will have said that they will refer the fake fine to 'debt collection'. Big deal.

That means more letters, not bailiffs knocking! Get a grip and read the NEWBIES FAQs and other CEL cases.

And this, please no updates about debt collection tedious letter chains along the way:

Calm down and read what these letters actually say because you will need to keeper them and be aware which letters actually matter/need a reply (court papers or a Letter before Claim from CEL, Mr Schwartz). Still not a reason to pay them!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Complain to Trading Standards in writing. Threatening bailiffs without a court order is de facto demanding money with menaces

Also, the misinformation about the Law (Beavis) in this website deserves comment, copy to TS and the BPA. They have shot themselves in the foot, go on the attack, cost them money.
