I agree with phoenix. This shows all the signs of a company about to go bust. Especially when the majority of their customers jump ship in the light of these extortionate price rises.0

Has anybody been following their attempts to handle this on Twitter? A prime example of how not to do customer service! It's embarrassing.0

Ho Moko Ono
I have now gone with IDrive - the reviews seem mixed for all providers but these seemed on balance better than most - I have signed up for 1Tb which will tax me a bit keeping under that limit but at least the company has been around for a while so hopefully wont scam me like Monster Cloud have!0 -
Thanks everyone. Just another word of warning - I went to Paypal and stopped the recurring payment (as concerned they might start applying charges straight away which I would never get back) then went to my account to delete all my files, and could no longer access my account. Just another horrible and uncomfortable element to the whole thing. Monster Cloud, you have wasted probably about 3 days of my life!0

My other half is going to follow this up too - I think they are in serious breach - if you pay for a year's service, that's what you should get. Monster Cloud are in breach of contract by changing the terms halfway through the agreement.
By the way, does anyone have a link to the twitter comments, I couldn't find anything yesterday!
And thanks for the suggestions for other providers.0
