I have a 2 year fixed ISA expires on 1st May at 2.3% in Santandar My query is I want to transfer for this year's ISA go York BS at 1.35%, if this is moved before the 1st and the penalty is 120 days how much would I lose? I have an appointment with BS next week so will have to ask if they can take all details required but hold the move until the 2nd.

0.77% of the principal - one sixth of the total interest you would otherwise earn (give or take a few days).
Usually, a transferring in ISA manager can wait until a soon-to-mature fixed term ISA does mature.Eco Miser

You wish to transfer all the money in the Santander account to Yorkshire BS at maturity?
Can you not simply complete the Yorkshire's Transfer Form and tick the "at maturity" box for the date of transfer?0
