Balanced flue fireplace

We've currently got a power flue gas fire but plan to replace this with a balanced flue fire (we're moving the fireplace anyway to centre it in the lounge).
The new balanced flue fire we want is called the "Legend Evora HE 4 sided balanced flue". The surround im looking at is a Black Granite Back Panel with a 16" x 22" standard cut-out for use with either a Gas or an Electric fire.
The dimensions of the fire are 554mm x 402mm. The cut out in the surround is 559mm x 406mm . Based on this I think the dimensions work fine?
I'm no expert at all and want to avoid ordering online and making a mistake so was wondering if anyone who has done similar before or works with fireplaces could tell me if I've got my calculations/dimensions correct?
Thanks in advance

If you buy the fire online, then you will void the warranty. Legend will not cover any online purchases of their products, so if you are happy with that, then go ahead and order.
You would be better getting it all via a showroom and them fitting it, BF fires are not the simplest to install, a granite fireplace not the easiest to fit , so getting both done by the same co, is beneficial. They can ensure that all items are suitable to work with each other and the clearances/opening/tolerances are correct.
Online purchases are great, but things like fires/fireplaces are not one of the best to buy online. One Fireplace manufacturer has stopped online selling by their customers due to in excess of 60% failure rate of intact delivery. They dont know if they are broken by the carrier, or the consumer, but they had to foot the bill for replacement parts. If this is a natural material like granite, then how do you guarantee that it will blend in with the other pieces colouring/veining etc? Plus the delay in waiting for the replacement part to be sent out and the subsequent additional install cost of your engineer?0
