Houses not on rightmove?

Options
Any websites where owners sell without estate agent/rightmove, sort of like a gumtree kind of thing?

Why would you not put it on RM?

IMHO 99% buyers will look at Rightmove and Zoopla (or the SPC sites in Scotland)

Yes, there are many such websites.

Google 'house for sale websites' or similar.

And there's always a few houses on ebay.

I've no idea whether listing a house on ebay generates any interest.

My neighbours house was put up for sale, i was confused why i didnt get the rightmove alert, turns out that agent doesn't list on rightmove. They had no viewers at all until they changed agent.

Home.co.uk often brings together many search portals and agent websites, i find it lists a handful of properties not listed on rightmove, so worth looking on it now and again.
When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.
