Say for example a payment was made on 30th January the next one was 1st March. Therefore I have had to hold back onto March's payment (forfeiting March) in order to have enough money waiting to pay for April.
All without any notice. I did query this and was told "I forgot".
So the payment for end of February was forgotten and paid late.
The next payment should still have been made on time - 30 March. Why was it not paid then?

Both payments have been made a day or two later than the 30th, I wouldn't say that's a late payment, unless theres a order stating the payment must be made by the 30th?
Where I work direct debits can only be set up to go out between the 1st and 28th of the month to avoid this situation.
Are you sure the date has been changed or if it was a glitch and the payment due at the end of February was paid early March and there was another payment at the end of March so it's back on schedule again ?
