URGENT HELP NEEDED Scotland Mortgage for adverse credit history

After having an agreement in principle based on our Experian Credit reports, we have made an offer on a house, only for Auldermore to then refuse us after they ran a CallCredit report which flagged two Defaults from 2014 (these didn't show on Experian! ). They are tiny amounts £22 from O2 and £83 from British Gas, but none the less they have revoked their offer. We're gutted to say the least.
I ASK the wisdom of you all mighty forum members, can you recommend any Adverse Credit Mortgage Lenders that:
A) will consider arrears (last one greater than 36 months ago - 2013)
will consider two defaults (last one OCT 2014)
C) must lend in SCOTLAND (We've found loads of England and Wales only but none who'll consider Scotland)
Thank you!!!!
Please, any info would be a great help.

I know you're in bonny Scotland, but is it really Auldermore, rather than Aldermore, north of the border?
I liked them when they were Ruffler Bank, I remember, they sent me a free umbrella during the recession.
Sorry, I'm not able to help, but there are posters who may assist who visit regularly, among them: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/member.php?u=13887780 -
I wouldnt waste your time on this. Go see a broker. They'll look at your credit situation and already know which lenders will be happy to give you a mortgage before you apply.0

Any recommendations for brokers in Scotland who specialise in adverse credit would breathy appreciated!
I'm finding that many places claim to offer 'case by case' mortgages, but when you speak to them it's just not the case :mad:0
